Abstract

The worldwide development of the industry and technology is inevitably associated with a huge drawing of non-renewable resources, which relates, inter alia, also the rapid increase in volumes of pollutants and waste. This creates significant environmental damage and in the doctoral thesis shall be assessed by their impact on the landscape, and a sense on the quality of life. The mere evaluation of damages during the extraction and utilization of mineral resources should be an end in themselves. It is therefore an essential element of the dissertation also a way to mitigate these effects, and then repair the damage that has been caused by this work. An essential part of the extraction and processing of mineral raw materials, as well as the subsequent reclamation are legislative acts. Therefore they are also part of the dissertation and that in the context of lessening the effects of mining on the environment and the obligations which derive from them an organization that environmental damage.
