Abstract

The theme of this thesis is the analysis of petrol station competition. The aim of the thesis is the competition analysis of the petrol station GOLD in Horní Bečva and based on the analysis to determine the competitive ability of the pumping station. Competitive Analysis is performed using the method of observation. Based on the obtained data proposals were drafted and recommendations that could help maintain with good competitiveness pumping station.
