Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current system of education and development in selected organization. Based on the found information, then suggest recommendations that could improve this system. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the concepts of education and development. The introduction of the practical part is the characteristic of the selected organization. Followed by analysis of the system of education and development, which is elaborated by using methods of internal document analysis, oral questioning and questionnaire survey. In conclusion, there are suggestions that should lead to the removal of the identified shortcomings.
