Financování mateřských škol zřizovatelem

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the financing of nursery schools by a Founder. The aim is to propose recommendations for future development of economic security and raising the prestige of pre-primary education in the district, by analyzing the financing of nursery schools in urban area Moravská Ostrava and Přívoz for period 2004-2009. In the theoretical part are defined principles of financing of nursery schools, legal forms of nursery schools and principles of their management in Czech republic. In the practical part is the analysis of the funding of nursery schools in urban area Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz. The analysis is evaluated in conclusion where also suggestions and recommendations for future development are formulated.
