Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to map current processes of employee selection and adaptation in a chosen organization, analyze the obtained data and based on that suggest changes to improve these processes. Thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part there is a description of methodics, methods used in thesis and theory regarding the employee selection and adaptation. In the practical part there is a description of particular processes of selection and adaptation in chosen organisation which are then analysed via interview and survey. In the last chapter there are changes and improvements suggested on the basis of the analysis.
