Design a odlévání kostelního zvonu sv. Barbora

Abstract

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá zvony a jejich významem v historii lidstva, technikami jejich výroby včetně výhod i nevýhod jednotlivých postupů. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. První část práce je věnována teoretickým poznatkům z oblasti historie, použití zvonů v jednotlivých částech světa, v různých náboženstvích, vývoji výrobních technologií a materiálů. Druhá část popisující samotnou výrobu vlastního zvonu se potom zaměřuje na detailní popis celého výrobního postupu – od návrhu a výpočtu zvonového žebra, přes tvorbu 3D návrhu zvonu, zhotovení pomocných forem a modelů s pomocí aditivní výroby, až po samotné odlévání a apretaci finálního odlitku.

The submitted bachelor's thesis deals with bells and their importance in human history, the technique of their production, including the advantages and disadvantages of individual procedures. The entire work is divided into two main parts, the theoretical and the practical. The first part of the work is devoted to theoretical knowledge from the field of history, the use of bells in individual parts of the world, in various religions, the development of production technologies and materials. The second part of the proposal describes the production of the own bell, followed by a detailed description of the entire production process - from the calculation of the bell rib, through the creation of a 3D bell, using auxiliary forms and with the help of additive, to the actual casting and turning of the final casting.
