Abstract
This diploma thesis concerns customer satisfaction measurement of company on B2B market. It is a company that produces lifts and lifts components and have about 32 main customers. The aim of this thesis is to measure customer satisfaction with company itself and then with partial factors. The second aim is to identify several fields of development of cooperation among company and its customers.
