Abstract

The thesis is focused on an apartment building project documentation creation for building permission. The building which includes three levels and one underground floor is made of Porotherm ceramic brick system elements for Dryfix foam. The Miako ceramic concrete ceiling with a flat roof and ventilated facade made of Etanco Facalu LR110 aluminum roofing are used. Thermal insulation is made of stone wool and Novabrik Therm facade system. Another part of the thesis deals with a technological procedure for the complete composition of the ventilated facade, the budget calculation, and the schedule of the work.
