Privatizace bytových domů z majetku společnosti a její vliv na základní kapitál společnosti včetně ekonomických dopadů

Abstract

This final thesis deals with the privatization of apartement buildings of the company’s assets and it´s influence to the authorized equity of the company, including economic influences. In the theoretical part the limited lability company inluding it´s authorities and the munucipal corporation as the only associate of this company are introduced. Farther this thesis describes the issue of management of realproperty considering the privatisation of housing stock in Karviná city and the only associate decision about privatization of apartement buildings used to be part of company assets afterwards. Applicative part is focused to the method of privatization of apartement buildings of the assets, including whole process of reduction of authorized capital according to trading company and societies law (business corporation law). In connection with this step is also processed analysis of selected items, where the privatization had the most impact, and also is processed analysis of comparative indexes like profitability and liquidity index. In the closing part of this thesis is described impact of the privatization of housing stock of the Karviná city and also of the company to the company economics, and also is sketched out the development of the company from the year 2011 untill today. During the elaboration of readings and datas some options and other concepts for the future progress of the company came to light, and these concepts are compiled in the closings and recommendations.
