Vysokomanganové slitiny a jejich vlastnosti

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popis vysokomanganových materiálů a jejích vlastností které je dělají velmi atraktivní pro použití v automobilovém průmyslu i mimo něj. Teoreticky zde je popsána slitina TWIP a TRIPLEX a okrajově Hadfieldova ocel, z níž byly studované materiály vyvinuty. Na dvou vzorcích plechů slitiny TRIPLEX byla naměřena tvrdost po tepelném zpracování, tedy stárnutí při 500°C, a to po stárnutí 30 a 60 minut a po doválcování za tepla bez stárnutí.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is description of high manganede materials and their properties which makes them very atractive for use in automobil industry and even beyond it. In this thesis there is provided theoretical description of alloys TWIP and TRIPLEX and also marginaly Hadfield steel which was used in development of the studied materials. On the two samples of the sheet metal of alloy TRIPLEX was after the heat treatment therefore the heath ageing at temperature 500°C the hardness was measured after ageing 30 and 60 minutes and after hot rolling without ageing.
