Darja Kubečková Ph.D. Year of the thesis defence: 2022/2023 Number of pages: 82 The subject of my master thesis is preparation of building plans for the construction implementation. The building plans are prepared according to Decree no. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment no. 62/2013 Coll. on construction documentation [1]. The content of the master thesis is a technical report on construction documentation, an execution drawings part of the documentation, a thermal-technical assessment of the perimeter structures, an energy label of the building envelope and a static assessment of one selected structural element. The object being addressed is the building of the cultural center in Žilina. The cultural center is designed with three above-ground floors and one underground floor. It has a partial basement. The structural system is designed mainly as a precast reinforced concrete frame with infill masonry. The roof of the building will be a classic flat roof and the two roof parts in different height level will be green flat roofs with extensive greenery.
