Abstract
The subject of final thesis is the proposal and preparation working out of the project documentary materials of a new house, two possibilities of heating and elementary economical evaluation. The bachelor thesis deals with building project documentary materials of a house. It is a two-floors house with a cellar. The first option of heating is a boiler for solid fuels, in this case for wooden pellets and the second option is a condensation gas boiler. In the end thesis delas with an elementary economical evalution.
