Sestavení rozpočtu ve výrobních podnicích

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na téma sestavení rozpočtu ve výrobních podnicích. V kapitolách jsou popsány výchozí podmínky pro sestavení rozpočtu, kde se věnuji dílčím plánům podniku a zhodnocení současné metodiky sestavování rozpočtů ve výrobních podnicích, kde popisuji druhy používaných rozpočtů a způsoby sestavování rozpočtů. Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout zpřesnění a zrychlení sestavování rozpočtů ve výrobních podnicích.

The bachelor thesis is to localize on the budgeting in the manufacturing corporations. The chapters describe the initial conditions for the preparation of the budget, which is devoted to individual corporations and appreciation of the current budgeting method of manufacturing companies, where I describe the types of budgets and budgeting methods. The goal of this thesis is to propose a more accurate and faster budgeting at the manufacturing corporations.
