Abstract

The aim of the batchelor´s thesis is to make a plan of a baker´s subsidiary which should have started to be realized in August 2013. To the partial parts belong both a reconstruction of a room where the sale of bakery products will be done and finding a new employee who will sell the bakery products in a new subsidiary and therefore represent the name of the firm. In the first part of the batchelor´s thesis is put an emphasis to the theoretical part which is focused on the project management area, mainly to the individual project. Next there is a methodical part aimed to the methods in a pre-project phase. In the second part of the thesis there is researched an analysis of the present stage where a questionnaire survey is made. The analysis shows that a baker´s subsidiary is possible to run. The third part is focused on making the project in MS Project 2007 programme. There are mentioned individual steps from starting of planning through purchasing, reconstruction up to hiring and training the employee of the shop. The last part of the thesis is aimed to the evaluation of the results of the designed project.
