Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the consumer behavior on the television set market. Consumer behaviour that occurs during purchasing and using of TV is examined by analysis of data obtained from questionnaire survey. This is essentially what are their preferences, what factors are most important when buying new TV, in which situation they buy new TV or where they get information about news in this market.
