Analýza pracovní spokojenosti ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with job satisfaction of emploees. The bachelor work itself has got several parts. The theoretical part discusses different conceptions of employee satisfaction and it focuses on factors of employee satisfaction. It also analyzes how employee satisfaction or dissatisfaction influences fluctuation, absenteeism and performance on the job. The theoretical part is followed by practical part. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is focused in analyzing the current state of employee satisfaction in the company New Travel.cz s.r.o. The analysis is based on questionnaires. In the last chapter are formulated recommendations for the company, that can minimize problems in the area of job safisfaction.
