Thesis on the topic: Analysis of current levels of internal audits of quality management system and suggestions for improvement Author: Bc. Radovan Dočár The first chapter focuses on theoretical aspects of quality management system. Discusses the audit, their development, basically structured, evaluation and then a procedure for auditing. It also contains the basic requirements and preconditions for the implementation of internal audit activities and the possibility of using statistical methods. The practical part is an analysis of internal audits for three years. The aim is to find an answer to the question whether they comply with internal audits of the company condition of independence; whether an enterprise has a documented procedure for managing internal audits and business processes comply with the requirements of ISO 9001; what is the trend results of the internal audits; as most disagreement occurred when audited. The final section provides suggestions for improvement resulting from the analysis.
