Tržní a administrativní oceňování nemovitých věcí

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with market and administrative valuation of chattels real. Both methods of valuation are applied to a chosen recreation property with specific construction components. The thesis particularly focuses on appraisal of buildings beyond the pale of depreciation. Single ascertained results are consequently explained and compared. The thesis also adverts to contradictions and errors that occur within both methods of valuating. Their enumeration and explanation is followed by own recommendation that could be helpful for future valuation of similar buildings.
