Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate overall financial situation and financial health of MONTCOLOR Zavadil, lnc. between 2009 and 2013, and to propose ways to eliminate possible shortcomings. In the theoretical part, basic terms regarding company᾽s diagnostics are explained, its health and history, and particular indicators of financial analysis are introduced. In the practical part, the company is diagnosed in terms of financial situation, finding its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
