Studie snížení rizik na území města Přerov

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení přírodních a antropogenních mimořádných událostí na území města Přerov pomocí metod analýzy rizik. V úvodní části se práce zabývá teorií rizik a dostupnými analýzami. Dále práce popisuje charakteristiku města Přerov, identifikuje možná rizika přírodního a antropogenního charakteru, na základě nich jsou sestaveny reprezentativní scénáře. Metodou HVA a analýzou souvztažností jsou analyzována možná ohrožení území města Přerov. Na vybrané objekty byl použit softwarový program ALOHA. Na základě provedených analýz jsou v závěru uvedeny návrhy na snižování rizik.

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of natural and anthropogenic emergencies in the city of Prerov, using risk analysis methods. In the introductory part of the thesis deals with the theory and available risk analysis. Also describes the characteristics of Prerov, identifies potential risks of natural and anthropogenic character, based on analyses are presented representative scenarios . Using the method HVA and analysis of correlations are analyzed potential threats of the city of Prerov. To the selected objects were used software program ALOHA. At the end are listed of proposals for risk reduction based on the analyzes.
