Společný obraz operační situace integrovaného záchranného systému

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of common operational picture in the conditions of integrated rescue system. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the ways in which the common operational picture can be supported by modern technologies, especially by unmanned aerial vehicles and specialised information systems. The work includes a search of expert sources, describes the current state of the art in the Czech Republic and compares it with selected foreign systems. It also includes an evaluation of selected applications, such as Jestřáb or IZS Stream, and possible trends for future development. The purpose of the paper is to highlight the need for more systematic support of the common picture and to point out the wider potential of these technologies.
