Abstract

The work looks into the problem of industrial and agricultural premises in a rural area – into what extent they disrupt or harmonize with an urban area of a village and countryside. It tries to find common features of these premises in the villages among Ostrava, Opava and Krnov, through which the river Opava flows and the railway connects them all. It also tries, with the help of defining the standards for usage of conglomeration analysis and analysis of main components, to compare the possibilities of revitalization the premises, potentially the countryside and the villages. If the case of deserted area of an industrial mill in Lhota may be, to specify a potential procedure for the renewal of industrial and agricultural premises and the countryside.
