Systém a organizace humanitární pomoci na území Moravskoslezského kraje

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na zmapování problematiky systému a organizace humanitární pomoci se zaměřením na Moravskoslezský kraj. První část práce se věnuje humanitární pomoci obecně a činnosti státních a nestátních orgánů, organizací, spolků a jednotlivců s ohledem na Moravskoslezský kraj. Další část se zabývá úlohou Celní správy ČR při zajišťování materiálu humanitární pomoci, kdy je zanalyzována možnost využití některých dalších kategorií materiálů využitelných k humanitárním účelům. V závěrečné části diplomové práce jsou shrnuty získané poznatky a vyhodnoceny případné návrhy ke zlepšení fungování stávajícího systému humanitární pomoci.

The diploma thesis is aimed at mapping the problematics of the humanitary aid system and organization, focused on Moravian-Silesian region. The first part of my work is devoted to the humanitary aid in general and the activities of the state authorities and non-governmental organizations, institutions, associations and individuals in relation to the Moravian-Silesian region. The next part is dealing with the task of the Customs Administration in arranging the humanitary aid material, since the possibility of application of some other cathegories of material exploitable for the humanitary purposes has been analysed. In the last part of the diploma thesis the obtained findings are summarized and the possible proposals to enhance functionality of the existing system of humanitary aid are assessed.
