Územní studie části lokality „Cihelna - P5“ v České Těšíně

Abstract

Target of this diploma is to propose appropriate use of west part of ara “Cihelna – P5”. Urban proposal with layout of construction objects was solved variably. Proposal that was chosen was made as a territorial study. Behalf of draft of apartment houses housing development territorial study contains technical and transport infrastructure solutions, solution of public space and volume study of chosen apartment house too. In the end of this diploma you can find economical valuation of this proposal costs. Territorial study is consistent with zoning plan and follows all limits in mentioned area. This territorial study can be used as a layout in deciding about further use of this area.
