Abstract
The title of the thesis is "The Financial Management of an Allowance Organization in the Area of Education". The aim was to analyze the financial management of the organization performing high schools and provide recommendations for management. The first chapter deals with theoretical analysis, development and financing of secondary education. The second chapter deals with a particular school - Academy of Business and Language School Entitled to State Language Exams, Prerov, Bartošova 24, it analyses its financial management from 2006 to 2010. The third chapter contains an analysis and recommendations for further funding.
