Těžební motor

Abstract

This master thesis focuses on the analysis, description, and technical assessment of the hoisting electric motor used in deep mining, primarily for the extraction of hard coal. The work gradually examines the construction and function of the individual components of hoisting equipment and machines. It describes their characteristics and specific operational conditions. Furthermore, it addresses methods of power regulation and speed control, with an emphasis on the use of separately excited direct current motors. In the practical part, a technical comparison between an older thyristor rectifier and a new solution is conducted, along with a justification for the modernization performed. The aim is to provide a comprehensive view of the design, control, and operation of the hoisting machine, with attention to safety, reliability, and efficiency.
