Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with a detailed analysis of existing documentation describing the solution of problems in the organization. In addition to the revision of the documentation, the work focuses on a detailed description of quality tools suitable for finding the root cause and defining measures for the successful resolution of problems. The output of this work is an updated version of the guideline, which will newly include the problem management process methodology. A properly implemented problem management process will lead to continous improvement of process in the organization.
