Finanční analýza vybrané společnosti s ručením omezeným

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo teoreticky charakterizovat finanční analýzu, její zdroje informací a uživatele, metody finanční analýzy, dále obecná charakteristika analyzované společnosti MAXXI – THERM s.r.o. a následně provedení finanční analýzy již zmiňované společnosti. Teoretická část obsahuje popis zdrojů informací finanční analýzy, jako je rozvaha, výkaz zisku a ztráty a cash flow, dále jednotlivých metod analýzy týkající se analýzy trendů a struktury, poměrových ukazatelů, pyramidových rozkladů, bankrotních a bonitních modelů. Třetí kapitola obsahuje celkové informace o historii a současnosti, o účetnictví a daních firmy MAXXI – THERM s.r.o. a sestavení SWOT analýzy. Praktická část je zaměřena na provedení finanční analýzy této společnosti a vychází z teoretických poznatků. Při zpracování diplomové práce byly použity metody popisu a deterministické metody analýza trendů a struktury rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty, poměrová analýza, analýza soustav ukazatelů a analýza souhrnných ukazatelů. V závěru došlo ke shrnutí celé práce a podání doporučení.

The aim of this thesis was to theoretically characterize financial analysis, its sources of information and users, financial analysis methods, as well as general characteristics of the analysed company MAXXI - THERM s.r.o. and then carrying out the financial analysis of mentioned company. The theoretical part contains a description of the sources of information of financial analysis, such as balance sheet, income statement and cash flow, as well as various methods of analysis concerning the analysis of trends and structure, the analysis of ratios, pyramid decompositon, bankruptcy and solvency models. The third chapter contains comprehensive information about history and present and accountancy and taxes of the company MAXXI - THERM s.r.o. and carrying out of a SWOT analysis. The practical part focuses on the financial analysis of the company and is based on theoretical knowledge. During processing the thesis there were used description methods and deterministic methods of analysis of trends and structure of the balance sheet and the income statement, ratio analysis, analysis of system ratios and analysis of omnibus ratios. Finally there was done a summary of the whole work and recommendations.
