Abstract

The bachelor thesis describes the complex of influences and conditions, that should be taken into consideration when designing a passive house. In the climatic conditions of the Czech republic the houses are meant to have very low heating demand and big temperature stability of its interior. The climatic condition and thermal properties both of construction materials and of heat recovery system are the influences which affect heating load substantially and ensure required energy passivity of a house.
