Návrh koncepce vybavení malými plavidly v rámci HZS Jihočeského kraje

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on a proposal of the concept of equipment with small vessels in the framework of FRS of South Bohemian Region. The introduction presents key features of South Bohemian Region with attention to important waters. The paper further deals with statistics of emergencies for years 2012-2016. The thesis then summarizes current state of equipment and compares it with required minimum equipment in accordance with regulations for specialized alert of FRS units. The major part of the thesis aims at selection of appropriate vessels regarding the nature of a unit. The method of modified decision-making equation in terms of multi-criteria decision analysis was applied. This work concludes with a proposal of the concept of equipment with small vessels in the framework of FRS of South Bohemian Region.
