Motivace ke kvalitě u zaměstnanců ve výrobní organizaci

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to analyse motivation of employees. The theoretical part explains the motivation, quality and the methods used in their analysis. The next chapter is dedicated to the characteristics of the organization. The practical part of the thesis investigates motivation through written questionnaire survey on employee motivation in choosen organization. In conclusion, the thesis presents results of a questionnaire survey and offer suggestions for possible improvements.
