Zhodnocení finanční výkonnosti vybrané obchodní korporace

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je provedení finanční analýzy za účelem zhodnocení celkové finanční situace ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je členěna do tří hlavních částí. V diplomové práci jsou nejdříve uvedena teoretická východiska finanční analýzy. Objasňují se zde základní pojmy a veškeré metody, které jsou využity v praktické části práce. Poté navazuje kapitola popisující vybranou společnost XY, spol. s r.o. V třetí části jsou vybrané metody aplikovány do prostředí zvolené firmy v období šesti let. Veškeré metody a postupy, které byly využity jsou teoreticky popsány v části první. Z dosažených výsledků u jednotlivých ukazatelů či metod je provedeno shrnutí. Dále jsou nastíněny návrhy ke zlepšení finančního zdraví a celkové výkonnosti firmy.

The aim of this diploma thesis is creation of financial analysis to evaluate complete financial situation of a corporation. This document is divided into several main parts. In the bachelor thesis the theoretical basis of financial analysis making are mentioned first. This is done to establish limitations and theoretical framework used while creating this financial analysis. Then the chapter describing the selected company follows XY, spol. s r.o. In the third part, we will apply previously selected methods into the data collected from the last six years of operation of the corporation and summary of the results will be provided. In conclusion, we will offer solutions to help improve financial health and overall performance of the corporation.
