Abstract

The thesis is focused on the design of marketing communications for existing mobile banking app. In the thesis are characterized the basic concepts of marketing communication and its process itself as much as the marketing environment in which the bank operates and the app. On the basic of marketing research, which is part of the thesis, describes the individual customer segments. The thesis also contains the target segments and a design appropriate tools of marketing communication for reaching the target customers.
