Hodnocení efektivnosti investice vybraného podniku

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je hodnocení efektivnosti investice společnosti Meki s.r.o. Cílem diplomové práce je provést hodnocení investice společnosti Meki s.r.o. za pomocí metod, které jsou při hodnocení efektivnosti investic využívané a výsledky provedeného hodnocení interpretovat. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol včetně úvodu a závěru. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou uvedeny všechny potřebné informace o investicích a metody pro hodnocení efektivnosti investice. Třetí kapitola obsahuje charakteristiku vybraného podniku. V aplikační části jsou uvedeny důvody vzniku a popis investice, parametry pro hodnocení a poté je investice hodnocena dle zvolených metod. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány výsledky metod pro hodnocení efektivnosti investic.

The theme of the Diploma thesis is investment efficieny evaluation of the company Meki s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is the evaluate investment of the Meki s.r.o. Using the methods which are used for evaluation and interpret the results of the evaluation. The thesis is divided into five chapters including the introduction and the conclusion. In the teoretic-metodical part are presented all necessary information about investment and methods which are used for investment efficieny evaluation. The third chapter contains company´s characteristics. In the application part are presented the reasons for creation, description of the investment, parameters for evaluation and then investment is evaluated by the chosen methods. In the conclusion the results of the methods are interpreted.
