Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis “ Evolution of the Company´s Competitiveness in Logistics ” is to define both the issue of company competitiveness and particular methods that have been practically applied in REMAK, a. s. which manufactures and sells air-handling units. Another intention is to confirm or confute the hypothesis, that the logistics process can impact competitiveness of the company. The diploma thesis will determine the market position of the company, and on the basis of that it tries to suggest possible effective changes and improvements, which could help the company to improve its position in the competitive environment.
