Abstract

The content of this bachelor´s thesis is marketing communication analysis of travel agency called Relax Adriatic. This work is divided into theoretical and application part. All the data for the analysis were gained by means of marketing research by method of personal and electronic questioning and they were analyzed using SPSS and MS Excel programs. According to the results of the research were formed proposals and recommendations for the area of marketing communication of the Relax Adriatic.
