The main tendency of this bachelor thesis is internal guidelines to inventories, then inventory management and its optimization and description particular methods, which is possible manage inventory. The partical part contains the company introduction, creation internal accounting guidelines to inventories, analysis of incoming materials by the ABC method and calculation of optimum level of supply.
