Implementace ERP v prostředí středně velké firmy

Abstract

In the presented thesis I have designed an implementation method of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and a possible procedure of their implementation in a mid-size business. The first part deals with a definition of terminology. In the next part, I have enlisted potential difficulties and implementation criteria; also, I have described possible ways of software acquiring and offered recommendations which one is the most suitable. The following part contains analysis methodology including software and hardware structure suggestions. The next part encompasses suggestions regarding installation and a method of transmission. In the final part, a recommended method of implementation can be found. Each chapter is supported by a practical example.
