Abstract
Bachelor thesis "Identification of Threats and Opportunities in a Food Industry Company" is focused on identifying opportunities and threats arising from outside the company. The content of the first part is based on a strategic analysis based on professional literature. The practical part is focused on the analysis of factors affecting the company from its surroundings. In this work are analyzed for PES, 4C and method of creating scenarios. The results of the analysis are then used to draw conclusions and recommendations for the company.
