Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation apartment building in order to get a building permit for construction, budget, time planning, and technological part engaging with the technological progress in the implementation of enclosing construction of the specified object, the thermal assessment and building site facilities. This is a residential house that has 4 floors and one underground floor, which is partially recessed into the ground, and three above-ground floors. The object contains a total of 12 separate residential units, which are located on the upper floors, common staircase. The entrance to the building is implemented on the between the landing of the staircase, which begins in the basement. The basement contains technical room, rooms for rent, stalls for individual apartments, laundry room and storage room for bikes and strollers. The object is covered double skin gable roof with ventilation above the damp-proof, thermal insulation is placed between the rafters. The construction of a residential house is made from a structural porous concrete system Ytong, including the ceilings.
