Abstract

The objective of the master thesis on theme: ,,Employee Recruitment and Selection System in a Chosen Organization“ is to determine the current status of the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the organization Pars nova a.s. and propose recommendations and changes that would lead to improving the current situation. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical section basic knowledge of recruitment and selection of employees is provided. There are described procedures, methods and ways of employee recruitment and selection. In the practical part the description of the Pars nova a.s. is stated, followed by the part that deals with the analysis of current state of the compnay and the results of the survey. The last part consists of proposals and recommendations that could improve the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the organization.
