Abstract

The topic of the thesis is Competitiveness Analysis of a Manufacturing Company. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate all discovered information based on the competitiveness analysis and formulate recommendations and propositions that would lead to maintaining or possible rise in the area of company’s competitiveness. First theoretical part is focusing on definition of essential terms related to competition in entrepreneurship and selected methods are also described here that will be applied to the particular company. In the practical part I characterize the particular chosen company and then apply the selected methods for competitiveness evaluation. Based on the methods used the corresponding recommendations are drawn, which may help improving the competitive potential of the company.
