Abstract
The bachelor's thesis deals with the survey, examination, and analysis of accessibility and barrier-free use of the municipality of Mratín. It shows the current state of Mratín in this area and how the current situation could be improved. The analysis is carried out in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, Decree No. 146/2024 Coll., on construction requirements, ČSN 73 4001 Accessibility and Barrier-Free Use, and ČSN EN 17210 Accessibility and Usability of the Environment.
The aim of the first part of the bachelor's thesis is to point out the deficiencies the municipality has from the perspective of accessibility and barrier-free use, to identify specific problematic areas that complicate life for people with reduced orientation or mobility abilities.
The aim of the second part is to describe and propose solutions for how a barrier area can be transformed into a barrier-free place accessible to the largest possible group of people. ...
