Využití metody Balanced Scorecard ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the use of the Balanced Scorecard method in the selected company. The aim of the thesis is to propose the use of the Balanced Scorecard method in the company dealing with orthotics and prosthetics and the subject of the thesis is the theoretical definition of company performance, performance measurement, the subsequent use of analyzes and practical application in the company. The best-known and most sophisticated Balanced Scorecard, measured from four perspectives, is used to measure business performance. At the end of the thesis are formulated suggestions and recommendations that deal with changes and improvement of activities in individual perspectives using the BSC method and then create a BSC timetable in the analyzed enterprise. Using the Balanced Scorecard method in a selected business can positively affect not only future strategic development but also improve the current performance rating.
