Abstract
The subject of this thesis is the strategic development of the company C. S. - ENERGO. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part describes theoretical methods and procedures used in the practical part. In the second part is analyzed an internal and an external business environment of the company. On the analysis is based the SWOT analysis. From obtained data is subsequently created the development strategy with an emphasis on the bussines strategy.
