Abstract

In my work, I analyzed the topic of implementation of a payroll and HR software. For examining the object of my analysis I chose the company Plus - Discounts because it was the company I worked for for two years hence having a unique opportunity to get to know this company very well and reach a relevant conclusions. In this work I point out at shortcomings of the current personnel and payroll systems and propose the implementation of subsequent routine use of the personal information system Elanor Global, which is used for monitoring and processing of basic personnel and payroll data of employees, allows for efficient processing and presentation of data for management decisions. I also analyzed risks associated with such implementation and described procedures that were followed for the project to be successfully implemented. The analysis shows the individual practices throughout the implementation and gives an accurate picture of what follows, when the management decides to change the personnel and payroll software. The newly implemented system should ensure effective links with corporate HR programs needs of HR processes.
