Holter EKG s kapacitními elektrodami

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to design a device for Holter monitoring of heart electrical activity by using capacitive electrodes. The theoretical part deals with the measurement of the electrical activity of the heart, the problems of capacitive electrodes for these purposes and the issue of monitoring according to Holter. In the practical part of the thesis there is described the method of modification and use the plate capacitor as capacitive electrode, which demonstrates the basic function principle of capacitive electrodes. Furthermore, the practical part of the thesis contains the design and construction of capacitive electrodes using the garment substance as dielectric material. The design of capacitive electrodes is closely related to the design of a bioamplifier, which also stated in the work. Apart from the condition of capacitive coupling between the skin and the electrode, the solution is also influenced by the requirements for the smallest possible size of the device, the possibility of long-term ECG recording and also the own power source of the device. To digitize ECG signal is used circuit ESP32, which according to user's requirements ensures storing of recorded data on memory card, internet storage or sending data to mobile phone. According to the specified properties, a functional device for sensing the electrical activity of the heart was created. The unconventionality of the proposed device is based on the use capacitive electrodes for Holter monitoring purposes with a wide range of storage methods.
