Abstract

Basic principle of static energy meters and their distribution is presented in the thesis. Furthermore, possibilities of communication with a static energy meters and their description is provided. Thesis also contains a description of normative tests, that are used in acceptance inspection of electric energy meters as well. Basic description of the devices, that are used in the definitive version of the laboratory task are include. The main part of the thesis is the design and implementation of the laboratory task. For this purpose, the thesis also contains a production description of the device for reading electricity using metrological diode of the energy meter. The resulting laboratory task is then given in Annex A.
