Abstract

The thesis topic proposal technology carrying out excavations of Multifunctional residential Building to deal with the project documentation for the construction project and issues related to the excavation and ground works during construction. Multifunctional building is basement and has four floors. Functionally, it is designed so that on the first floor there is a technical background and chicle apartments, first floor consists of two independent sales area. On the sekond floor there are office spaces. The sekond half of the upper house, the third and fourth floors, consists of residential units. Designed technological progress is mainly engaged in the implementation of the method of excavation work from site preparation to the excavation of footings.
