Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issues of behaviour of persons, which are located in extreme weather conditions outside the objects. The first part describes the extremes of weather associated with a strong wind and processes a statistical evaluation of their occurrence. The second part deals with the characteristics of the dangers of extreme weather conditions. In the third part there are designed principles of person’s behaviour under the action of effects, which are associated with strong wind. The last part focuses on the design of preparing school children for activities in extreme weather conditions.
